1st Caring Traditions is a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) and an Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) Program Provider licensed by the State of California to accommodate ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents.

Who We Are

Established in 2022, 1st Caring Traditions is a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly and an Assisted Living Waiver Program Provider located in the beautiful city of Palmdale, California. Our mission is to provide a warm and inviting environment and to offer exceptional care, where our residents can truly feel at home while ensuring that they feel supported, assisted, and well-cared for at all times.

Our team is composed of highly qualified and trained individuals who possess the skills and knowledge necessary to attend to the diverse needs of our residents. From our caregivers to support staff, everyone is dedicated to serving and caring for each and every resident.

What We Provide

Accommodation

We are providing a family-style living arrangement that provide a perfect balance of privacy and community. Our house option includes four spacious private rooms, each furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and homely atmosphere. We are also offering a shared room where residents can come together, bond, and engage with another resident.

Meals

We are offering three home-cooked meals every day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with some delicious snacks in between. Our staff plans and prepares each meal to ensure that it meets the dietary needs and preferences of our residents. Each meal is prepared in a clean and sanitary environment to ensure food safety. We create delicious dishes that are not only satisfying but also promote our residents overall health and vitality.

Transportation

We are working with third-party vendors to provide transportation arrangements for various needs, including medical appointments, emergencies, and when the resident simply wants to spend some time outdoors. We understand that each resident may have unique transportation needs, and we are more than happy to accommodate their special requests whenever possible.

Social Interactions

We have different activities available for our residents to enjoy in the facility such as watching movies, playing games, and exercising. We also host various events throughout the year for special celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays to create memorable experiences for our residents and their families. These events foster a sense of community and encourage meaningful connections within our facility.
